The hotel is conveniently located near Bangla Street, food options, and Jungceylon Mall. However, the room had issues with mold, holes, and a small size, plus a problematic bathroom that flooded during showers.
To my surprise, the room was a lot smaller and clearly not the same room type that I had booked through Agoda. The service in the restaurant and hallway floors changed only 4 rooms the next day, which was excellent, and they were in a new building just attached to reception. The location was fine, close to the beach and Bangla street, highly recommended. The dining experience, however, was terrible, and the facilities were just like 5 days old.

Housekeeping's solution was aerosol-based repellent, but the service felt rushed and inadequate with a tiny, moldy room and a flooded bathroom.
